1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Dari, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Dari is a household staff management application. It provides tools for tracking staff profiles, salaries, documents, leaves, and household expenses. The service is intended for use in Qatar.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription price: 600 QAR per household per year
  • Free trial: 30 days, full access, no credit card required
  • Billing: annual, auto-renews unless cancelled
  • Refund policy: 14 days from payment date, no refunds after that
  • One subscription covers one household (all family members and staff)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Dari for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with people outside your household
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Use the service to store data unrelated to household management

5. Data Ownership

You own your household data. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dari is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar.
